Teeter P3™ Back Stretcher Users Instructions
For comfort wear shores or socks
Sit on the floor with your hips between the handles. Place each leg on either side of the main shaft
Slip each ankle into the ankle supports. Turn your foot so that the heel enters the ankle supports first
Recline onto your back and place your hands onto the top of the handles. Your arms should be slightly bent at your side, approximately 15-20 degrees and the heel of each hand should comfortably reach the top of the handles.
Firmly push against the handles.  When you apply pressure on the handles to administer the stetch, your arms should straighten to be at your sides. The pressure applied should allow the body to stretch an average of one to one and a half inches.
You should feel a stretch in the lower back, if not, you may need to adjust the settings.
