May I order a catalog?
We don't offer a print catalog. Since we are constantly adding new products to our website, it would not be cost effective to maintain a catalog due to the constant revisions. Everything we offer is listed on our website. Still have questions about a specific product or not sure what you are looking for? Call us and we'll be more than happy to assist you. We are a true brick and mortar store with a showroom located in Lewis Center, Oh. We have hands on experience with our products and would love to share our knowledge. Do you charge sales tax?
By law we have to charge sales tax to orders where the billing address for the credit card is in Ohio or if the item is shipping to an address located in Ohio.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes, you can. Simply send us a letter that includes your name, shipping address, phone number and an email (if you would like us to provide you with tracking) along with your check or money order made out to The Comfort Store. Please be aware that we will hold a check up to 15 business days for it to clear our account prior to shipping the item. --

How do I check the status of my order?
Most orders will ship via UPS Ground. When the items ships, you will receive an email from Ship Notification that will contain your UPS tracking number. Please be aware that we preprint the labels during the day and UPS will pick up your package later in the day. You will need to wait until later on that evening to be able to see the tracking information on the UPS website, www.ups.com. Items shipping via postal mail (USPS)do not have tracking numbers as the postal service does create or provide one.
Do you ship to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska? How about to an APO/AFO address?
We can ship certain products to these locations, however we don't offer free shipping as it is more expensive. If you would like to place an order, you may do so online and we will contact you with the shipping costs or you may call us at 888-867-2225 to place your order over the phone.
Do you ship internationally?
The Comfort Store does not ship internationally or to a freight forwarder. We also do not process credit cards with an international billing address.
Do you offer coupons?
On occasion time limited coupons are offered. Some products are not eligible for coupon discounting. These product lines include Varier, Human Touch, Kettler, Jobri, Teeter, Izzy, Thumper. Only one coupon allowed per order. Contact The Comfort Store for more information.
What is your return policy?
Most of our items have a 30 day return policy. Please give us a call at 888-867-2225, Monday - Friday from 10 a.m until 6 p.m. to speak with one of our customer service agents. We will give you a return authorization number and the information needed to get the item returned to us. Please note that our shipping is only free if the item is kept. In the event of a return, the customer becomes responsible for shipping in both directions. Some of our items such as bedding are not returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
