Terms and Conditions
Address Changes - Double Check Shipping Address - UPS charges $14.00 for all address changes once a package is shipped.
Damage in Disassembly - Some products require disassembly before return. A replacement fee is assessed on items that are damaged by the consumer at this time.
Damaged Merchandise - Notify us about damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receipt (phone or fax). Keep all boxes. You may be required to contact the shipping/delivery company.
Returns - Most products may be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for securely shipping the product in its original packaging in new, resalable condition. We recommend that you insure the product for your protection. Restock fees starting at 20% will be assessed on items that are damaged by the consumer or obviously used (lint, hair, etc.). Please do not use packing peanuts.
Jeeves towel warmers are special order items, the manufacturer requires a 25% restock fee plus shipping for returns on non-defective product
Unauthorized Returns - A 20% restocking fee is assessed.
Non-Returnable Products
Massage Chairs, Freighted Exercise Equipment, Special Order Office Chairs, Indoor Zero Gravity Recliners, and Large Quantity Orders. If orders are placed online, we will contact the customer to confirm the order prior to processing.
A restock fee up to 50% will be assessed if a non-returnable item is returned & it is not in factory sealed condition.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items are not returnable. These items include, but are not limited to the following products that touch the skin:
- Beds, Bedding, Sheets, & Aero Products
- Bed Wedges/Body Pillows/Pillows/Inflatable Pillows
- Clothing including Silk, Bamboo and Journey Wear
- Heating pads/cooling products (Chillow)
- Massage Lotion/Cream/Oil
- Opened DVDs
- Supports: ankle, back and knee
- Steam Inhaler
- Therabath products
- Cervical Traction devices
Refunds - on approved products in good condition. Refunds are issued for the purchase price less actual shipping costs to the customer. (Please Note: Although The Comfort Store does not add the shipping costs to the sale price on most products delivered to the 48 continuous United States, the actual costs of shipping to the customer will be deducted on refunds for returns of non defective items.)
Refunds/credits are issued within 21 days of product receipt by The Comfort Store. Please be aware that once we process your credit, your credit card company/bank may take up to 15 business days to release the funds back into your account.
Return Authorization- To obtain authorization for returns: Call 1-888-867-BACK (1-888-867-2225) Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Ask for the Returns Department. Please have your Customer ID and Order Number ready. Returns must be shipped back within seven business days after confirmed telephone authorization.
Undeliverable Pakages Due to Customer Error - Customer will be credited minus all shipping costs.
Cancelation after an order has shipped. Customer will receive refund less the actual shipping charges incurred by The Comfort Store. Refunds will be issued after the item has been returned to the originating warehouse.
